Reliable, honest and quickRadiator started leaking Monday rang them up brought it in the same day checked it over told me within 5 minutes what was wrong… gone back the following day everything was done by the afternoon even after me needing another part. They are very helpful people even if they can't source what you need they are quick to offer alternatives to help you. Small and very busy business is always a good business. Would choose Penrose over a big chain company anytime.

Phoned after a recommendation from a local mechanic as I needed a new discharge hose and Toyota no longer make the part, so the mechanic is been to said Natrad could probably fashion one.I phone Natrad, asked if that was possible to fashion a discharge hose and the guy smirked and said “well if they don’t make them anymore how are we supposed to make one” and then hung up on me. Why is it you’re made fun of when you’re asking what you were told? I’m not a specialist otherwise I wouldn’t be phoning in the first place. I think every customer deserves respect and that just wasn’t it.

Fantastic service. I randomly spotted the workshop while I was at the dog park opposite and Im so glad I did. I called that arvo and was booked in for the next morning, they were on the ball with replacing my radiator and absolutely cannot complain about the price. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

Originally came in for an inspection to transfer my rego from NSW to WA and returned for a service. Both times the visits were a great experience, staff are very friendly, great opening hours for those who work and pricing is fair. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure!
